Marcello La Valle
Born in Argentina from an Italian family, Marcello moved to Italy at the age of five and was raised in a small Fisherman's town.
"My family all fisherman was where I got the taste and the passion for fish and shell fish. I started working in a kitchen when I was eleven year's old, since then I never stop learning."
"In 1986 I come to london and worked in various restaurants across the capital. I travel a lot and have amassed an archive of various cooking methods and techniques to create new flavour combinations."
